  This AT&T store delivers old school customer service. You are welcomed at the door with a smile and enthusiastic "how may I assist you today". They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, caring and patient. I worked with Jack, he took care of a new purchase for my son. The process was completed in lightning speed, content was trasfered from his old phone flawlessly. This was not my first purchase from this store. A hidden gem, thank you for providing stellar service and support.

  Jack did a wonderful job helping my parents, two senior citizens, rework their plan and purchase a new i-Phone. He was patient, informative and very helpful. This new location is really great. Parents came back a second time. Samir helped them set up their iphone. Another 5 star experience.

  Necessary evil of course. AT&T has the most towers in the area, so they win by default. Some of the employees here are not knowledgeable about the products and services.
